Policies

To protect the investment in and integrity of our equipment, we have several policies in place to ensure the safe handling of ORC rental gear.

The user assumes all risk inherent with the use of ORC equipment
The user who rents the equipment is responsible for all of the items checked out to them
Refunds are limited, check receipt for full details
Fees for damages and lost items vary depending upon the situation, but can include the total cost of replacement
