10/12/2009 Intro to Rock Climbing Part 1 & Roped Climbing Night at the Wall
Want to do more than boulder? This two part institutional climbing session provides participants the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge within recreational climbing.
Part 1: Under the close instruction of a rock climbing instructor, participants will learn the fundamentals to top roping such as, climbing knots, devices, how to belay, and more within the controlled environment of our beloved ORC rock wall. PART 1 IS A PREREQUISITE FOR PART 2. (Level 2) Good physical conditioning is necessary, little experience is required, and little technical knowledge is necessary.
